Notify Me Contest Rules

1. How to Enter the Contest:
(a) The Notify Me Oakland As contest will begin on April 20, 2002 and end May 01, 2002 .
(b) To participate in the contest, submit an e-mail entry from the form on upn31.com between April 20, 2002 and May 1, 2002.). A random drawing from the will determine the winner.
(c) Limit one entry per e-mail address.
(d) Contest sponsors are not responsible for technical, e-mail or telephone errors of any kind, lost or unavailable telephone connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or incomprehensible telephone connection or e-mail message, busy signals, any other technical difficulty or human error that may limit the ability to play, participate or win the contest.
2. Eligibility Restrictions:
(a) The contest is open to California residents over 21 years old. Employees of KMAX, Viacom Inc., the Sacramento Rivercats, other television and radio stations in the market, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate or win
(b) Viewers are eligible to win a KMAX contest only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
(c) Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.
(d) All entries become the sole property of Station and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work, and grant to Station the right to edit, publish, broadcast, promote and otherwise use their entries without further permission, notice or compensation.
(e) No purchase necessary.
3. Prizes:
(a) Grand Prize) Winner will receive two tickets to the Rivercats vs. Tacoma Rainiers game at Raley Field, Wednesday May 8, 2002. 7:05 pm. Plus a Preferred Parking pass: total value $36.00.
